FOX 3 STACKS SOFTWARE
Fox engineers use cutting-edge software tools, along with their years of experience and innovation, to design stack solutions optimized for the performance you need at a cost you can live with. At the same time, it makes no sense to over-invest in capital equipment that is not efficiently engineered. Since stacks are a critical component of industrial pollution control, it is of utmost importance that they are built to provide long years of reliable service. You’ll never need to manage more than one color at a time or worry about bobbins because stacked stitches bend rows of garter stitch into new shapes and patterns using only increases and decreases.Fox Equipment has unparalleled experience and expertise in all aspects of designing and building industrial steel stacks. Stacks can add shaping, create 3d texture, replace short rows, and when combined with stripes, they create intricate motifs without unsightly strands on the wrong side of your projects. Stacked stitches are an innovative approach to striped colorwork, best known as the technique behind the Fox Paws pattern. Prerequisites: Confident with knit and reading a pattern.

In the first 2 sessions, we will focus on learning the components of stacked-stitch colorwork and we’ll cast on together. This class is well suited for adventurous knitters who are comfortable making shawls and want to learn the stacked-stitch technique. The Eccentricity Shawl, Xandy’s gentle introduction to the stacked-stitch technique uses panels of short-row lace to give the piece it’s asymmetrical look and name.
